Position Summary
Regenesys is continuously expanding and has a high emphasis on quality and a highly skilled and professional team. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our Corporate Education Sales team – responsible for the development and business results of a team of quota-carrying Corporate Account team. The candidate is responsible for maintaining high activity standards; daily prospecting, pipeline growth, prospect qualification, and delivering assigned sales revenue targets. The right Sales Leader for this position must have the proven ability to increase the productivity of the corporates sales team through skill development, adherence to activity standards, providing inspiration, rapid conflict resolution and building a highly empowered, constructive sales culture.
The ideal incumbent will come from an Educational sector or Human Resources consulting background.
Major Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Sell Higher Education and Further Education training products and programs to corporate executives, board members and HR Directors
- Leading and motivating sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Engage with and secure business from high-level influencers in government and parastatal departments
- Implement and maintain a well-run CRM system on which all potential business deals can be based – – Designing and implementing strategic account plans to reach sales targets
- Provide and sell unique innovative educational solutions to organisations based on their specific organisational strategies, objectives and people development requirements
- Plan, prepare and submit training proposals addressing the training requirements of the organisation
- Well networked individual
- Provide detailed budgets and costing sheets complimentary to the training proposal and in consideration of Regenesys profit margin expectations
- Ensuring that teams achieve and exceed annual individual sales target
- Manage a highly seasoned educational sales team of approximately 8 staff
- Set high-level expectations for the sales team and encourage the approach of a “stretch” target
- Ensure that the sales team have sufficient support to achieve and exceed their own individual targets
- Maintain all sales statistical data for monthly, quarterly and annual analysis
- Implement and maintain a “team approach” to sales that involves the customisation of training material generally discussed and included in the solution proposed in the delivery of large and small projects

The ideal candidate will have had a successful track record of corporate sales in the private or public sector.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree (preferable in Sales / Marketing Business / Management / Commerce)
- At least 8-10 years in a similar role
- Must be Well Networked
- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
